Installing ARMA 3 server mods

Follow

Installing ARMA 3 server mods can be complex, however we have tools in place to help simplify this procedure.

This guide is general in nature and should be consulted in addition to the installation documentation provided with your particular addon.

  1. Upload your mod files to the server. We recommend using FTP to do so - a separate guide on using FTP can be found within this knowledgebase.
  2. To add your mod to your server's commandline, you must configure settings in the GamePanel. Navigate to the Commandline Manager icon in the GamePanel, then click on the "Custom" tab. Create a new commandline and use the -mods box to specify the folder names of any addons you want to use, separated by a semicolon (;). For example: @A3MYMOD;@A3MYOTHERMOD

For further assistance, please contact the Wombat Servers team. However, please note that assistance with third party software is limited- you are always best to contact the developer that released the software as they will know the intricacies of their software in the greatest amount of detail.

After you create the command line, make sure to hit "Select" to enable it and it should go bold. This wasn't in the guide, so it might not be immediately obvious.
